Return Policy

EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns. For items purchased in-store, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Final Sale items, Discount items, Gift Cards, Vouchers, & Store Credits are not eligible for exchange/Store Credit. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were unaltered, free of use/or damage when purchased, items must be in the condition as they were originally purchased.

FORM OF PAYMENT. Store credit will be issued for items exchanged within 7 days of purchase minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Items purchased must be properly inspected & checked before purchase as some items in-store have scratches, dents, and/or damage. NJS Direct, LLC is not responsible for any damage reported by the customer after purchase has been made.
